Email Form Pattern failed

Just downloaded the Setup.exe for 0.0.6
 
Using a small database in my test environment and the Pattern Eamil Form
Loaded teh module onto a page with the following results..
 
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: C:\Dotnetnuke 501\DesktopModules\YourCompany.MyModule\MyFirstTimeTable_FormSubmit.ascx.vb(121): error BC30034: Bracketed identifier is missing closing ']'.

Search the MyFirstTimeTable_FormSubmit.ascx.vb file for "[EMAIL FIELD]" and replace it with the name of the control created for the Email Address of the user. That control name can be found in the With clause a little above the line of code with the issue.

Hi, I have followed the Email Form Pattern from you video. However upon creating the form and installing it on DNN. The calendar control does not work and nothing happens when I submit the form. I get no errors. Have I missed something?. Many thanks wazzer

Hi all, sorry for my late response - I didn't have any notifications turned on.
The email form has some definite validation issues... I think the form is not submitting because there's a validation failing, but not being displayed.
The pattern also assumes some naming conventions - particularly that you have a field that starts with the word "email", otherwise you'll have to manually map the [EMAIL FIELD].
Eventually I'll have template-specific field mappings where you can define this stuff. I'll also take a look at the calendar control.
